PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
We use the term “Personal Information” – also called “personal data” or “personally identifiable information” in the laws of some jurisdictions – to refer to information that reasonably identifies, relates to, describes, or can be associated with you. Data that has been deidentified or that otherwise cannot reasonably be related back to a specific person is not considered Personal Information. - Application-related information such as responses to our online candidate questionnaire, resume, cover letter, employment history, education history, qualifications and skills, reference contact information, position preferences, willingness to relocate, desired salary, availability, interests and aspirations, country of origin, geographic preferences, and background screening information, if relevant and where permitted by law or justified by our legitimate business interests;
- Sensitive information (to the extent permitted under applicable law and as defined by applicable law) such as information about your race or ethnic origin, health and disabilities, religion or beliefs, and sexual orientation where you have volunteered that information, or where otherwise required for us to make reasonable adjustments to the interview process and for equal opportunity monitoring; and
- Travel-related receipts for reimbursement.
- Reference information such as contact and professional information related to your references. Before submitting anyone’s personal information to Company, be sure you have the person’s permission to do so. If you later find out you did not have such permission, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Device and online identifiers and related information
- Internet or other electronic network activity information on our Services;
- Non-precise geolocation information;
- Personal Information that you make publicly available through social networking sites where you maintain accounts;

Personal Information We Collect Automatically
We, our service providers, or our third-party affiliates may automatically collect information, including Personal Information, from you when you visit or use our Website. While some of this information does not enable us to directly identify you, that information may still be considered Personal Information under applicable privacy laws. Such information may include data collected by the following methods:
- Cookies and Similar Technologies
We or our vendors may store information on your device as a cookie or may use other data collection technologies (collectively, “Tags”) to collect data related to usage of our Services, such as online identifiers or your activity on the Website.
- Clickstream

- To present you as a Candidate to clients who have retained us;
- To operate the Services and to provide you with any specific Services you request;

- For detecting security incidents; protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
- To carry out our obligations, enforce our rights, and as required by law or legal process;

HOW WE DISCLOSE OR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Besides using your Personal Information ourselves, we may disclose your Personal Information in the following instances:
- Our Clients. With your prior consent, we may disclose the Personal Information that you provide in connection with your Candidate application and related application materials with our clients who have hired us for our placement services. You acknowledge and agree that should we collect supplemental information from outside sources, such as reference checks or other materials potentially required for your evaluation or placement as a Candidate, we may disclose such information to our clients without obtaining additional consent from you.
- Service Providers and other Third-Party Processors. We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties who may use your information to provide us with technology services that we require for the Services. These third parties may have access to relevant Personal Information for their functions, but they are only permitted to use such information to perform services for us. They are not authorized by us to use the information for their own benefit.
- Legal Compliance and to Defend Our Rights. We may disclose Personal Information and other information as we believe necessary or appropriate under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence, to comply with legal process; enforce our terms and conditions; protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property and those of our affiliates, you or others; and to allow us to pursue available legal remedies.

DATA RETENTION
We will retain your personal information for as long as you remain a Candidate with Company, and for a reasonable time thereafter, including as determined by the terms of our agreements with clients, or as needed to perform our contractual obligations, provide the Services through the Website, comply with legal obligations and preserve legal rights, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We determine retention periods by considering the categories of information collected and the purpose for such collection and evaluate when to delete personal information that is no longer required or is outdated. We may update, correct, or delete inaccurate or incomplete information at our sole discretion. Even if we delete any portion of your information, we may continue to retain and use anonymous or aggregated data previously collected.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
Our Services contain links to other websites, applications or services that are not owned or controlled by us, or that may redirect you outside our Services to other websites or apps for information or other services, such as websites of social media platforms, philanthropic or charitable causes. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Website is intended for users ages 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under 18 years old. CALIFORNIA “SHINE THE LIGHT”

TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, AND ONLY IF YOU ARE SITUATED IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, SWITZERLAND, OR THE UNITED KINGDOM, THIS SECTION DESCRIBES OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED VIA THE WEBSITE AND SETS FORTH THE RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Legal Basis
